Our Services

We provide professional tree care services including tree removal, trimming, pruning, stump grinding, emergency services, land clearing, tree health maintenance, arborist consulting, and shrub and hedge trimming. All services are performed by trained and insured professionals.

When you request a service, we will provide you with a detailed quote. Once you accept the quote, we will schedule the work at a mutually agreed upon time. We reserve the right to adjust timelines due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. If payment is not received within 30 days of service completion, we reserve the right to charge interest on the outstanding balance at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law, whichever is less.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover scheduling and travel costs.

We may need to reschedule due to weather, equipment issues, or emergency situations. We will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to find a new time that works.

Property Access

You agree to provide us with clear access to the work area. This includes removing vehicles, outdoor furniture, or other obstacles that might interfere with our equipment. You are also responsible for marking any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden features on your property.

If we cannot access the work area due to obstacles or safety concerns, we may need to reschedule the service or adjust the quoted price.

Liability and Insurance

We carry full liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. In the unlikely event that our work causes damage to your property, we will work with you to resolve the issue fairly and promptly.

However, we are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden features that were not properly marked before we started work. We are also not liable for damage caused by pre-existing tree conditions, acts of nature, or circumstances beyond our control.

Debris and Cleanup

Unless otherwise specified in your quote, we will remove all tree debris and leave your property clean. Wood chips from stump grinding will be left on site unless removal is specifically requested and included in your quote. We will do our best to protect your lawn and landscaping, but heavy equipment may cause minor surface damage that will recover naturally over time.

Warranty

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, please let us know within 7 days and we will work with you to make it right. This warranty does not cover issues caused by weather, natural growth, or circumstances beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount you paid for those services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated terms on this page and change the date at the top. Your continued use of our services after any changes means you accept the new terms.
